Bemutatkozás
A Hableány az 1800-as évek végétől vendéglátóhely és találkozó pont volt, az 1883-ban nyitott szálló 1963-ban nyerte el maihoz hasonló alakját. Esküvők, születésnapok, nagy beszélgetések helyszíne, vitorlázók találkozóhelye volt, nincs ez másképp ma sem. Az ikonikus épület, a hatalmas terasz, a központi fekvés igazi közösségi térré, régiós központtá teszi, ahová jó betérni egy pohár borra, ebédre, vacsorára, de ennél több izgalmat is tartogat! 2019 óta továbbírjuk a történetet. Lépj be a többfunkciós térbe, ahol bisztró, borbár, borbolt, a környék legmodernebb borászata, sőt, egy hely- és családtörténeti kiállítás is helyet kapott, A Laposa Birtok borainak és a helyi alapanyagokra építő, modern balatoni bisztró konyha fogásainak kóstolása mellől rögtön a hatalmas tartályokra is rálátni.

We had pondered whether to try this centrally-located restaurant whilst previously in Badacsony and we are so glad we did. The food (beef bourguignon) was fantastic, the beef was cooked to my perfection, as was the gravy. There are also vegetarian/vegan options of other dishes available, which is always great, especially when you have people with those dietary requirements within your party. Service was quick and friendly and provided menus that were easy to read and also catered for people who speak a foreign language (English). I would have given five stars, however there were issues with the card machine when paying and the bathroom washing facilities are shared between both male and female bathrooms, which is a red hygiene flag for me. That being said, I’d definitely consider coming back to this restaurant next time I am in the town of Badacsony..

Completely renovated and redesigned both architecturally, both regarding its purpose. Kitchen closed early (21:30) when we visited first time round, which was disappointing. We did return the next day and the coffee is good, the dishes are delicious, but a bit fussy. Shame they are no longer doing hamburgers for simpler tastes. But there is still good wine and the Hungarian sour cherry beer is great, too..

Had a beautiful small lunch and wine tasting there. Attention was exceptional, Martino guided us through the history and details of every wine. We tried their own wines, white only. Paired the wines with their cheese and cured meat board and a mangalica specialty. Totally recommended. On the bad side, we couldn't visit the adjacent wine production because they were in operations that day..
